High waist, cropped length (24” inseam). 24” leg opening.
Sizes are listed below but for example I am 5’9” and 175 pounds (generally considered a 12/14). I fit size Large pretty perfectly but when I want a slouchier fit I am able to do XL.

M: 29-31.5” waist, 41” hip
L: 31-33” waist, 42.5” hip
XL: 33.5-35.5” waist, 44.5” hip
